An internationally acclaimed speaker, author, and consultant, Dr. Richard Chang is a leading authority on personal and organizational excellence.
As CEO of Richard Chang Associates, Inc., a diversified performance-improvement consulting, training, and publishing firm headquartered in Irvine, California, Chang has worked with public and private sector clients around the world, including Fidelity Investments, Universal Studios, Chase Manhattan Bank, Marriott, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Nabisco, and Nortel Networks. He has also served as the chair of the board of the American Society for Training and Development and as a judge for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
In addition, Chang is the author or co-author of more than twenty books on business and personal development, including Performance Scorecards: Measuring the Right Things in the Real World and The Passion Plan-A Step-by-Step Guide to Discovering, Developing, and Living Your Passion. His newest title, The Passion Plan at Work-Building A Passion-Driven Organization is scheduled for release in January 2001.
