Dr. Mitroff is the Harold Quinton Distinguished Professor of Business Policy and the Founder and Director of the USC Center for Crisis Management (1986-1996) at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is also Professor of Journalism in the Annenberg School of Communications at USC where he is the Associate Director of the USC Center for Strategic Public Relations. He has published over 250 articles and over 20 books, of which his most recent are Crisis Leadership, Planning for the Unthinkable and Managing Crises Before They Happen. He is a fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Management.
Dr. Mitroff is frequent guest on national radio and TV talk shows including the "Michael Jackson Show" (KABC TalkRadio, Los Angeles), "Window On Wall Street" (CNN Financial News), the "Ray Briem Show" (KABC TalkRadio, Los Angeles), "Straight-Talk" (WOR-TV, New York), the "Dick Cavett Show" (CNBC, New York), "Late Night America" (PBS TV), "Marketplace" (National Public Radio), and "Business Unusual," (CNN Financial News) |
