Price Pritchett is Chairman and CEO of Pritchett Rummler-Brache, a Dallas-based consulting firm recognized internationally for its expertise in merger integration and change management. To date, Dr. Pritchett has written over 20 books on organizational change and individual performance. Pritchett founded the company in 1974 as a management consulting firm and later began specializing in change management. Today, his organization offers training programs and merger integration services to corporations, governments and institutions throughout the U.S. and the world. Pritchett & Associates was the first company to specialize in merger integration management and the first to publish books on the subject. Dr. Pritchett is considered to be one of the foremost experts on culture change, business transformation and merger integration strategy.

Dr. Pritchett holds a Bachelor of Arts and a master's degree in English from West Texas A & M, and a Ph.D. in psychology from Texas Tech University. |
