What this is
ManagementOnly is a directory of links — but unlike a generic bookmark list, every category here has been hand-selected and ranked. The top of each category is opinionated: a deliberate top-five of the resources I'd actually recommend to a peer. The long tail below is comprehensive, so you don't have to look elsewhere when the top picks aren't a fit.
How it's organized
The site is browsed via five purpose-based tabs rather than by alphabet or topic:
- Daily — what an executive touches every day: news, markets, tools, podcasts.
- Strategic & Executive — direction-setting, cross-functional thinking.
- Business Operations — role-specific resources across People, Commercial, Financial, Operational, Governance, and Technical functions.
- Personal & Growth — the executive as a person.
- Industries — sector-specific deep-dives: trade press, associations, conferences, regulators, and bellwether companies for 33 industries.
Editorial principles
- The top five picks per category are an opinion, not a ranking algorithm.
- The long tail is comprehensive: when a resource is meaningful in its field, it's listed.
- Paywalled sources are flagged with a copper $. Their inclusion is on merit; paywalled doesn't mean better, and a free alternative is named when one exists.
- Everything is hand-curated, with usage data quietly informing future revisions.
- No advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate placements influence the editorial.
Who's behind it
ManagementOnly is curated by Billy Vaisberg — entrepreneur, writer, and CIO at an immigration law firm. Side projects also include Resumido (Spanish executive book summaries) and AroundWPB (a local business directory).
