Privacy Policy
ManagementOnly is a curated directory site. It collects very little, but the little it does collect — and the third-party scripts it loads — are explained below in plain language.
What this site collects directly
Click counts
When you click a link on ManagementOnly, the click is counted before you're redirected to the destination. The count is anonymous: it records that somebody clicked that link, plus a timestamp, but does not record who you are, your IP address, or anything identifying. Aggregate counts inform which links stay in the top-five picks of each category.
Bots and crawlers (Googlebot, social-card previewers, etc.) are excluded from the count via User-Agent filtering.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, subject, and message you provide are stored so a reply can be sent. Your country (derived from your network connection, via Cloudflare) and a truncated User-Agent string are stored alongside, for spam filtering. Your full IP address is not stored.
Contact submissions are retained indefinitely unless you ask for deletion.
Third-party scripts loaded on this site
Google Analytics 4
ManagementOnly uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which categories and industries
readers visit and how they navigate the site. GA4 sets first-party cookies prefixed
_ga*. The data is held by Google in accordance with
Google's privacy policy.
You can opt out via your browser cookie settings or the consent banner shown on first visit.
Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare's privacy-focused analytics is also used. Unlike GA4, Cloudflare's analytics uses no cookies, does not track you across sites, and aggregates traffic at the edge. It cannot be disabled per-visitor because no per-visitor identifiers exist to disable. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Google AdSense
ManagementOnly may display advertising via Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technology to serve ads relevant to you. You can manage ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com and review Google's ad policies.
Google Fonts
The Bricolage Grotesque, Geist, and Geist Mono fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google processes your IP address to serve the fonts. Per Google, no cookies are set by font requests.
What this site does not do
- It does not require you to create an account or log in to read.
- It does not sell, share, or transfer the contact-form data to any third party.
- It does not use email tracking pixels in replies.
- It does not run cross-site retargeting beyond what Google AdSense itself does.
- It does not use session-replay tooling (Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
Hosting and storage
The site is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. Application data (the link directory, click counts, contact submissions) is stored in Supabase (managed Postgres). Both processors have their own privacy policies linked above.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any contact-form submission you've made by emailing the address shown on the contact page. There's nothing else identifying you on this site to delete.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and announced on the home page if significant.
